We are accepting new patients and would be delighted to have you join our practice. If you fill in the registration form below an admin team member will contact you and confirm your details, please note this may take several weeks due to high volumes. When your request is processed you will be booked in with a Doctor for a consultation to discuss your medical history and to ensure we can meet your medical needs *there will be the usual consultation fee for this appointment*
Unfortunately we cannot accept new medical card patients at this time, however check in with us again in a few months and we may be able to accommodate your request.
