We are accepting new patients and would be delighted to have you join our practice. You can contact the surgery and request a registration form, an admin team member will help you. When your request is processed you will be booked in with a Doctor for a consultation to discuss your medical history and to ensure we can meet your medical needs *there will be the usual consultation fee for this appointment*
Unfortunately we cannot accept new medical card patients at this time, however check in with us again in a few months and we may be able to accommodate your request.
